A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Rita created Rita Sen Solicitors in 2003 to make her ideal of a Law Firm that really cares for its Clients a reality.
Having initially practised in the field of criminal law, Ella’s decision to move into the field of what is known to lawyers as Private Client Work led her to her to jump at the chance to practice with a Firm that specialises in just the sort of law she wanted to deal with in a way that suits her welcoming, concerned approach to the delivery of legal services.
Ella also deals with Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Stephen qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and is a specialist in Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as Solicitors for the Elderly.
